Great customer service. I am a longtime Subaru owner. Living in NC, I was in Sarasota for only 3 days. Had issues with my Car Play app. in my Forester. I stopped in unannounced, no appointment, begging for help! Joe Reed stopped what he was doing, sat in my car and solved the problem in 10 minutes! That's what I call customer service! Had a great purchasing experience with Jason and team! My wife and I came to look at a couple cars on the lot. Jason took his time with us and ended up showing us the same model car we did not see online with less than half the mileage. Great salesman, down to earth and no pressure at all to do the deal.
